Charleston, SC, January 31, 2011 – Musicorp, a leading distributor and manufacturer of musical instruments, lighting products and accessories, is very saddened to announce the passing of Musicorp Sales Representative Jane Barker on January 24th 2011, after a brave battle with cancer.
Barker, with almost 33 years of service to Midco and Musicorp, played an integral part in the company's growth and success. A team leader in every way, she had a remarkable talent of building and maintaining relationships, and a relentless quest for excellence in customer service. Despite her own personal health issues, she remained an inspiration with her amazing positive attitude and perspective in the face of adversity. A talented pianist and organist, she dedicated each week to sharing this gift by playing at her church and teaching piano lessons.
