What happens if items are back ordered?
The salesperson can answer on-hand inventory questions at the point of order. If an item is back ordered the system will automatically file it under the customer's name and date of back order. The salesperson constantly watches customer back order availability and will call to inform the customer if an item is available to ship. Musicorp will not ship a back order without customer approval.
