Sales Associate/Customer Service
Description:
An applicant for this position should possess strong selling, organizational, interpersonal, and outstanding communication skills (written and verbal). This is an entry-level position handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls, entering orders, resolving customer problems, and supporting the sales team. The majority of customer contact will be via the telephone and associates will spend about 80% of their time on the phone. Applicants must have strong computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office software - advanced knowledge is preferred.
